This owner  wanted to have contemporary style white 2,500 s.f. house at top of gentle sloped hill has view toward Pacific Ocean at rear yard. Front yard is faced to west and main street. In order to protect from traffic noise and afternoon sun heat, the exterior wall at front was designed solid wall with small glass blocks as accent windows. Rear windows of all rooms are designed large patio glass doors for large private rear yard and the ocean view.
