This was 2 steps design completion for luxury residential development in San Diego. 7 international architect groups were selected based on architectural experiences and interview. The final competition was design completion for selected 3-acre hill side property and to design over 10,000 s.f. floor area residence. The final winner was selected by 5 professional architects, President of San Diego AIA chapter, Dean of University of San Diego, school of architecture, president of the developer’s firm, and architectural professional design groups. Our designed plan is that wheel chair person can go any places without any help at this hill side private property and any rooms. The designed each room has different view to ocean, mountain, downtown, plain, etc. Our winning scheme of Mediterranean style residential development was selected outstanding higher score than other competitors.
