Designed .3 - mixed use buildings with large 5 - story shopping center, 25 floors residential units above, connected 4 - level sky lounge bridge floors and added above 20-story luxury apartment and 25 - story hotel above. Large swimming pool and assembly hall were designed at the sky lounge floors. Additionally sky garden and sky plaza were designed above and between the towers. Mixed use buildings were included apartment, hotel, office and commercial.
