This was 2 step design competition among several architects at first phase. The final phase was competition among 3 large Japanese general contraction enterprises with consultant architects. We are selected as architect for the project. This building was designed for one of the largest Japanese toy company of Headquarters in the USA.

The president of the toy company wants to build simple clean geometric white building with 3-story high glass atrium facing south side. California Building code is very strict for energy requirement. Swamp cooling system for the atrium of glass wall and glass roof was used in order to pass strict energy requirement.
