The owner wanted to build contemporary style white house at top of the gentle sloped hill, 180 degree view toward Pacific Ocean. The house was designed with 6 cars garage at lowest level of 3-story structure with elevator, 6,500 S.F. floor area. In order to keep lower than code required max height of house, flat roof was designed.  The lowest level is garage, wine cellar and air conditioned 3-dog rooms. 2nd level is his office, her design studio, meeting room and entertainment rooms. The top floor is bedrooms, kitchen, dining and bathrooms.
